How do we help raise the next generation? What does succession really look like? How do we progress in our own faith?
A healthy church is one that helps believers mature in their faith. There should be a constant upward transitioning as new believers come into the Kingdom and away from ‘saved, satisfied and stuck’.
Raising the next generation is a whole church activity that involves cross-generational respect and relationship as well as the ability to inspire competence and increase confidence.
