Our resources
Our resource range is extensive. Over the years Hugh Osgood has followed an expository preaching programme that has taken him to most books of the Bible and to most topics the Bible focuses on. Our product range is still expanding in that we are recording four new six-part teaching series by Hugh a year, as well as adding occasional one-off teaching recordings to our resources list.
Our resources range is also expanding in that we are seeking to make more and more material available in a variety of formats. Series currently in DVD format are also available on CD. Series originally available only on audio cassette will eventually all be available on CD. In the UK it is our policy to focus on CD and DVD production. In other parts of the world we still use video and audio cassettes, as required. It is our intention to transcribe as much of our audio material as possible into book form. This however, is a more time-consuming process than up-grading from cassette to CD.
Our DVDs are being re-mastered so that they can be used for study groups. This is largely a matter of formatting. In most cases a DVD can be played in five smaller segments as well as in its entirety. In general it will be best to take the fourth and fifth segments together, but group leaders should review the material in advance so as to use it to greatest advantage.
Other formats in which we operate relate to broadcasting, streaming and downloading. In time much of our material will be available on the internet, to view or to download. We will continue to broadcast both on television and radio in the UK and overseas; please see our broadcast schedules for details.
Our pricing policy is to reflect the prices commonly used by other ministries in each country in which we operate. We do this in preference to selling at cost. The margin included in our prices enables us to take the ministry to those less-able to contribute financially. When we can we make special offers available at events and to our supporters.
